After filling out the registration form, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail and you will receive an invoice within three working days.
Registration is valid after receipt of the payment.

Cancellations received on or before 5 June 2026 will incur a 300 EUR cancellation fee.
After 5 June 2026, the cancellation fee is 450 EUR. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 6 July 2026 or for no-shows.
